JohriBox Subscription FAQ

Please note that this page pertains to the subscription box product. 

How does JohriBox work? 

Sign up for a quarterly subscription for $39 - this includes 3 pieces (to keep!) valued at up to $90 and shipping - and answer a few questions so we can start getting to know you. Then, just wait for your pieces to arrive (and rock 'em when they do!). Continue to receive 3 pieces every season for $39.

What can I expect in my box? 

Your box will always include at least 3 pieces, valued at $75 or more (our pieces retail for approximately $25-$35 each, give or take). You are always guaranteed at least one Featured Find. We like to curate a variety on the spectrum of statement to everyday, and we're always seeking out new styles and trends! Some pieces may be part of a set - for example, a pair of earrings with a matching necklace (this would count as 2 pieces). We aim to suit your style, while also encouraging you to try something new. We also love to include bonuses (who doesn't?), and we plan to expand our member perks as we grow. 

Can I buy something from a box as a one-off purchase? 

Our boxes are our flagship offering and core focus - we are dedicated to making them the best they can be. For that reason, we typically keep pieces from the boxes exclusive to the boxes. We occasionally may have remaining inventory from previous seasons that we'll sell after the fact (so keep on top of it if you are eyeing something in particular!), but we will typically not sell current or upcoming season's items individually. And remember - as a subscriber, you always receive 40% off any additional purchases! So just enter your promo code at checkout and the discount will be applied.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

At this time, we can not accept exchanges or refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please send a picture and description to johribox@gmail.com so we can address it!

When am I charged for my box? 

When you first sign up, you are charged immediately. You are then charged every 90 days. You can cancel or skip a box at anytime. 

Can I pick out my items?

When you first sign up, you'll answer a few questions so we can learn a bit more about you. From there, we'll curate a box that we know you'll love! We recently rolled out a feature called "#johriboxit" - if you see something on our Instagram that you love, you can comment with #johriboxit to request that item in your box. We can't make any guarantees, but we'll always do our best to accommodate! 

At this time, we don’t allow any further customization. We curate our items carefully to save you the time and hassle, so let us do the work for you! 

What if I want to pause or cancel? 

While we hate to see you go, you can absolutely cancel anytime. You can also choose to skip a send, while remaining subscribed for the upcoming releases. 

When will I receive items?

We ship out new boxes every season, so 4 times a year. If you are signing up during our March launch, you'll receive your first box in early April. If you sign up throughout April, you'll receive your Spring box within 2 weeks of sign-up. Our seasonal boxes ship out in early April, July, October, and January.

Where do you ship?

For now, we are only available within the continental United States (and shipping is free!). We plan to expand our reach as we grow!

What if I need something one-off or want more pieces?

We've recently launched a retail line, that is available 'a la carte' to both members and non-members. These items are available at a discount to members! Just enter your promo code at checkout, and the discount will be applied. As we grow, we will continue to build this out and increase our offerings. Keep an eye on our website for updates!

What if I want something heavier for a special event or to style a specific outfit? 

We'd be more than happy to help! We have a collection of heavier, statement jewelry available on our website. If you can't find quite what you are looking for and/or want some additional guidance, feel free to reach out to johribox@gmail.com or via Instagram DM, and our stylists will work with you to accessorize and complete your perfect look! Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates, and are not responsible for any USPS delays. 

Do you offer items other than jewelry?

For now, our focus is specifically on jewelry. However, we definitely intend to expand our product offering into other accessories and lifestyle items. We’d love to hear from you if you have any feedback or ideas! 

Where do you get your jewelry?

We source our jewelry from a variety of vendors, and we are always exploring new ones to ensure we bring you the latest styles at an affordable price. Our pieces are handmade, so that slight imperfections and flaws are to be expected, and styles / colors will vary. All styles are subject to availability. 

Why was JohriBox created?

We LOVE accessorizing, but find that access, convenience, and affordability are huge barriers - especially when it comes to unique styles. We want to eliminate the burden and headache typically involved in the shopping process, and let you focus on all of the other incredible and challenging priorities in your life - while still looking fabulous!
